Items will ship from Hubertus, WI within 3 business days of cleared payment. Items purchased on Thursday evenings or Fridays may not ship until the following Monday as I prioritize family time on weekends.
Combined shipping
Most of my listings are set up to automatically calculate combined shipping. Simply add the items to your ebay shopping cart to view the combined shipping charge. Combined shipping may not be available on large or heavy items.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to me within 14 days of receiving it and I will refund your original purchase price less initial shipping charges paid. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. Items must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
Gift Wrap
Gift wrap is available on select items for an additional $5.00. This service includes a hand-written card. Since I often ship same day, please email me the note you'd like included as soon as you check out.
