How to check whether my mobile phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06# and press the call button. If your device is eSIM-compatible, you should be able to see the EID number.

Important notices
1. The eSIM plans are for DATA ONLY. No calls, no text messages, no mobile number.
2. Enable Data Roaming for the installed eSIM. Make sure eSIM is selected as the cellular data source. 
3. The eSIM profile is for one-time installation only.
4. The plan begins at installation. Daily validity ends on the same day in UTC+8 time zone. (New Zealand is in UTC+12, which means daily validity will begin at 4am.)  Choose a plan that is long enough to cover your journey.
5. Install eSIM within 30 days of receiving the QR code. Otherwise you will need to buy again.

How to add/install an eSIM?
1. eSIM QR code will be sent through eBay My Messages.
2. Make sure you have internet connection and display the eSIM QR code on another device or just print it out.
3. For iOS devices(E.g. iPhone) : 
    Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code, then scan the eSIM QR code to install eSIM profile to your phone.
4. For Android devices(E.g. Galaxy) : 
    Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code, then scan the eSIM QR code to install eSIM profile to your phone.
5. Enable "Data Roaming" for the installed eSIM. Make sure eSIM is selected as the cellular data source. 
6. The eSIM profile is for one-time installation only. Please DO NOT DELETE your eSIM profile after installation until your trip is complete. It usually takes a few minutes for the eSIM to connect to the carrier network.
