what is headliner fabric ?
Headliner fabric is different than regular material used for upholstery.
Headliner fabric has a special foam backing on it that will mold to the contours of the vehicles roof. A headliner is the “ceiling” of a vehicle, it is used to give a nice finished look to the vehicle interior area overhead and to help hide wiring and lighting that is run through the top. In most vehicles wiring for the sound system and interior lighting in run through the top and hidden under the headliner panel. There are also weather and sound proofing elements installed underneath the headliner. The headliner fabric pulls it all together and gives it a nice finished look. What Will Happen if I Ignore a Sagging Headliner?
First of all, the interior of your vehicle will look weird. The falling headliner makes it look like that your car is falling apart.
Even if you do not care about the aesthetics that much, you should not ignore a falling headliner because you will not get that much insulation in winter with a falling headliner.
Apart from that, a sagging headliner can also limit the headspace inside your car substantially. It might not let you keep your head straight while you sit inside the car. As a result, you might not be able to sit inside your car comfortably.

Headliner Installation Tips -Not Glue inclued
Installation procedure:
Step 1 :First you need to remove the sagging Headliner
Step 2 :Find a good , large, clean area to work , lay the headliner face up on the table Nest , spray the strong glue on the strip about 6" wide down the middle of the headliner, have a friend hold the materials up above the headliner while you use the plastic paint guide to smooth the materials on to the glue . after a couple of minutes, pull the materials back so that you can spray one of the sides that dones not yet have glue on it , Spray the adhesive , and repeat the process of smoothing. continue with this until the fabric has been glued down on the entire surface of headliner
Step 3: After the glue has a night to set up , turn the headliner over .cut some slits in the fabric to make it easier to wrap around the edge and ,run a head of glue along the edge of the headliner and fold the fabric over and press it down . try to make the fabric conform as closely to the edge as possible
Step 4: Cut Holes In the Fabric For the dome light ,sun visor and the clips that hold it up , replace the headliner
