Vintage Philippe Champagne dress, from I think, the 1960s

It is in good vintage condition. It says size 38, but since it's vintage, I think it will be closer to a size 36 now. But please make sure you check these measurements:

Armpit to armpit: approx 43 cm
Total length: approx 79 cm
Waist: approx 34 cm
