You're buying a replacement crock pot lid just like the one you see. It will fit several models, but the exact ones I'm not sure - you'll need to measure the top edge of your crock insert. The TOTAL diameter is just about 10 1/8" across. This lid does not have a "protrusion" on the bottom edge. The edge that goes around the outside is FLAT at the bottom. NO CRACKS! See pictures! 

The one you actually receive in the mail looks pretty much identical. Plenty of scuffs and marks, but no damage anywhere.
