As shown in the photographs, nothing more, nothing less.

This is a 1967 Tissot movement, stem, and crown (# 9454589) in a 1966 Gruen case/band, model: Petite Ellen 4866W3563, as shown with the original advertisement (the original Gruen movement died long ago so I replace it with this Tissot which fits the case wonderfully).  Band & case are 1/20th 10k rolled gold plated.

The crystal is acceptable but could stand a proper polishing. 

Tested for several weeks to be running smoothly and keeping accurate time. Must be wound once a day.

I did have to add two stainless steel expansion links as shown in order for it to fit my 6 3/4" wrist.
