You are buying all three boxes that you see. These refills work with the tommee tippee 360 diaper bag sealer unit only!!!! These do not fit any other brands or any other style of diaper pail.
Each box has three cartridges for a total of nine cartridge refills. The outside of the box refers to them as rechargers.
Two boxes are still sealed but one is opened. The boxes have some tape on them and show shelf and handling wear.
