High Pressure Fuel Pump Function:

The high-pressure oil pump is the interface between the high-pressure oil circuit and the low-pressure oil circuit. Its function is to generate fuel pressure in the common rail pipe by controlling fuel output. Under all operating conditions, it is mainly responsible for providing sufficient high-pressure fuel to the common rail.
High Pressure Fuel Pump Fault Performance:
1. Stuttering will occur when the accelerator is released: because after the accelerator is released, the fuel supply is instantly reduced, the engine has insufficient fuel injection, and the engine speed drops suddenly and cannot support the speed of the gearbox, which in turn leads to the stuttering phenomenon.
2. When the vehicle is in neutral and the air conditioner is not turned on, the oil pressure at idle speed is abnormal. This is mainly caused by side leakage of the oil pump and insufficient oil supply pressure.
3. There is no problem in starting when the vehicle is cold, but it is difficult to start when the vehicle is hot. The main reason is that the hydraulic oil pump is connected to the crankcase of the vehicle. If the oil pump ages and oil leaks occur, gasoline will leak into the crankcase. Under the action of oil temperature, the oil vapor concentration in the cylinder will be too concentrated, which will cause The vehicle can not be started.
