Here is a pair of mid century wall masks / faces. They depict a Chinese couple. As the photos show, they are not perfect but they display well and the flaws always look more obvious on eBay close ups. The girl is probably better with just a few little flaws on her cheek. The little boy has a chip to his nose, but it's the same colour as his skin so it's not obvious They don't look overpainted to me so I wonder if the imperfection was caused during manufacture and he was painted with slightly dodgy nose. It doesn't really show when he's hanging on a wall. They make a sweet couple.
