USED, TESTED, WORKING, AND BOOTS TO BIOS..THE BATTERY DOES NOT HOLD CHARGE BUT THE LAPTOP WORKS FINE WHEN KEPT PLUGGED IN.  IT HAS A BROKEN HINGE AND DEFECTIVE SCREEN W/ LINES ON IT. HOWEVER, IT CAN BE ACCESSED VIA AN EXTERNAL SCREEN. NO OS AND NO HDD IS INCLUDED IN IT. 

INCLUDES  Dell Adapter (19.5V, 4.62A) and 3 Prong Cable.
