Here we have a vintage alto saxophone. It was retailed by Windsor, Birmingham. The company was known for banjo’s.

It was manufactured in what now is the Czech Republic

This Artiste model is in reasonable condition with some marks and surface scratches etc.  The pads are either worn or missing. Springs appear ok but the horn probably needs a servicing.All the keys appear to worn. There is a little tarnishing to the keys and brass showing where the silver plate has worn through polishing. There some lovely engravings around the bell. There are no splits or cracks. There is a Selmer Goldentone mouthpiece, B&H ligature, mouthpiece cap, strap & reeds.

I cannot see a serial number anywhere on the instrument.

The case is in poor condition. The handle is missing & there is a large tear to the covering material

I'm not a saxophone player, so I'm unable to make comment on its playability.
