This is a used Asus A53U Laptop - 15.6" in size. ****Left hinge is BROKEN**** and this is visible in the listing pictures. Laptop works fine but because of the hinge we're selling this *AS-IS*. This laptop has 8GB of Ram and a brand new 512GB SSD and a fresh install of Windows 10. Battery keeps a charge, but is used. Also comes with a DVD burning optical drive. Burns DVD+R and DVD-R, as well as CD-Rs and CD-RWs. Laptop has 802.11n wireless lan, 3x USB 2.0 ports, an SD card reader, 1 HDMI port, and 1 VGA port.

Previous owner kept this laptop open, thereby not putting any more stress on the broken hinge, and had it connected via HDMI to a TV. Essentially this was used as a Home Theater PC, and still works great for that purpose. Run KODI or Plex on it, or format the whole thing and run a small Linux homelab.  Better yet, this makes for a more-than-capable Chrome OS machine. The 8GB of RAM and the new SSD keep things speedy, and the Radeon 6320 is better than most iGPUs of the time (and better than a lot now too!).
