This is a very nice mark 5 heliograph, the three legs of the tripod are all stamped with a board arrow or crows foot. The mount has a serial number but no date so may be inter war. There is also a metal case with lenses and a small webbing bag for housing the tool and other items. The case has unfortunately seen much better days and would need some work to repair as the stitches have gone in lots of places and the leathers is very dry and split, the heliograph is priced accordingly to reflect the issue with the case
