I try not to voice strong disagreement with PCGS grading, but my hobbyist eye tells me that this coin could have earned something a bit higher. (As a side note, I cracked this coin out of a slab from a different, "2nd tier" company that had graded it 69DCAM. Obviously, PCGS disagreed. Oh, well.) Irrespective of the coin's grading history, this is still a gem proof with striking colors front and back.

I like this coin, personally. The "buy it now" price reflects a premium for toning, and I'm willing to entertain reasonable offers.
