I am not too familiar with these figures but I believe they are the Zoids Organoids Shadow and Zeke. Shadow is missing his tail but has his often-missing wings. I think the white one is Zeke, not sure if he is missing anything. Shadow has a little wear from age but aside from that both are in pretty good condition.
