The box looks different from the 108R00723 because these inks are intended for the Asia Pacific Market. They are EXACTLY the same ink - NO DIFFERENCE. I opened one box (see picture #2) so you can see that they are the same as the USA version. I've been selling them for years without a single complaint or issue of any kind
