Lionel 6-9867 Hershey's Milk Chocolate Billboard Reefer Car # 9867

The main body seems mostly Ok, but it could stand a nice gentle cleaning.  The wheels and axles of the trucks have a fair bit of rust, as do the coupler pins.  The Couplers are now basically frozen or rusted closed from the rust and will need attention to make  them operational again. 

The rust could be removed using a Dremil and wire wheel or maybe a safe chemical cleaner especially if the body can be protected.

 It's still, a good and desirable car that can still run fine as it is.
