This  is for a vintage German made collectable quality Philips/Norelco AF7800 Interphone model BX 543A02.  These are rare and very collectable because of the hand-made quality.  This was made around 1952.  Internet service information is on-line attesting to the collectability of the radio.  This is 115 volt AC made for the export to the US. These have great low-distortion audio and has a hefty power transformer to provide about 5-watts of audio.  The unit is quite heavy and in great cosmetic shape, showing a few light scratched on the side and a break on the left side of the dial glass which can be repaired as the piece is still there.  The grill cloth is clean but should be cleaned when radio is repaired and dirty button switches cleaned as they are intermittent and noisy. The signal strength indicator tube does not seem to work, but is there.  I did not try the SW or AM as I am lacking an antenna but the FM works well and is on frequency, monitoring several local FM stations without any antenna but what is inside.  I would put new caps in this radio, glue the broken dial glass and lightly clean the grill cloth and clean the mechanical button switches. Focus in on the last picture and you can see the broken dial glass on the left.  The dial switches do not seem to make any noise so they must be fairly clean; this is the only issue that need service on, not to mention the signal strength signal tube which has a short life.  This is a hard-to-find vintage HEAVY radio.
