Superb and great looking vintage tripod, perfect for props or to be used has what was intended to do!

The tripod is in great condition and everything looks to be working as it should.

Here are some information that I’ve found on the internet regarding M.P.P or Micro Precision Products Ltd (MPP) was a British optical company that between 1941 and 1982 produced cameras and related equipment. (From 1976, its name was MPP Photographic Products Ltd.)

MPP was formed in 1941 to sell equipment produced by Celestion Ltd.; in its early days, MPP employees also worked for Celestion or the related McMurdo Instrument Company. MPP was based in London: in Kingston until 1976, Wandsworth thereafter Genuine Vintage/Antique fully adjustable 'M.P.P. ENGLAND' camera tripod. Circa 1950's-1960's manufactured by "Micro Precision Products" who provided photographic equipment for the Ministry of Defence.

Wooden legs, with adjustable length metal extending legs, that can be used with either pointed or rubber feet option. Extends to approximately 150cm in height.

3 directional adjustment for the head plate, with screw mount. The pan and tilt head can be rotated by turning a removable handle and tilted or steadied via a screw in lever.

Weight 2.2 kilo-Approximate length when folded is 88 cm.
