Answers to frequently asked questions
1. Can I collect?
Yes - this is preferred! After you have purchased I will need you to give me 24 hours notice of when you want to collect so that I can get your item(s) out of storage. I am in Harrow. I will give you the full address once you have told me when you are coming.
2. Can I visit to browse your stock?
No - sorry. I operate as an internet order business only. This is for various reasons. If you are collecting something you have purchased unfortunately there is no facility to view the rest of my stock.
3. How do you justify your shipping costs?
I am a trader. All shipping costs include something for my time. The cost of packaging material is usually the smallest part. COLLECTION IS WELCOME!
4. Will you offer combined shipping?
I will always try to do this. For a quote please tell me where in the world you require shipping and reference all the items you want.
5. I notice you have other Ebay accounts?
Yes. Mainly because I do not want to pay the excessive seller fees for "shop" accounts. I only renew Ebay listings when private account holders are offered promotional selling fees which also means I don't pay any shipping fees. I sell a greater variety elsewhere on a permanent platform but I am not allowed to reference the address here.
6. I have a question about one of the windows in your final photo.
Those are all sold. That is an old promotional photo just to give you an idea of the range of styles and sizes I have at any one time. I have so much stock I can't regularly take a photo like that as it takes so much time!
