JK Lilly Jr SIGNED Aequanimitas by Sir William Osler 1932 3rd Edition-Excellent Cond
Condition: This important book is in like-new condition. It has very little discoloration due to age. As you can see from Photo #4, it was signed by J. K. Lilly, Jr. (President of Eli Lilly & Company), in blue pen on his congratulatory letter attached to doctors in the front of the book. The book contains 451 pages, green cloth on the hardcover, with gilt lettering on the spine.
The Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Company of Indianapolis, Indiana, distributed some 150,000 copies of the third edition, of Sir William Osler's Aequanimitas to graduating medical students between 1932 and 1953. It's rare to find this third edition book, printed in 1947, in excellent condition. Thanks for taking a look!
