Was mounted to a bike for a while after being taken from the original box. It was NOS before that, and still remains in the same condition with some slight yellowing the top right rear corner... I've tried to show it in the photos. There are a couple very tiny nicks in the paint on the top left rear. Overall presents very well for your daily rider or even a restored bike. Includes the handlebar mount bracket. rubber pad and screws.
