This Experimental WEB press note is the highly desired 'BL' block web note. The BL block WEB is the most scarce of the WEB notes to find especially in near uncirculated condition like this one. This note has been graded Extremely Fine 40 with no additional comments by PCGS Currency. A bright and clean example with nice centering and sharp corners, it is difficult to determine what kept this note from obtaining a higher grade. I presume because most of the BL notes were found in circulation, this note was grabbed early by an astute collector! This note has a book value of $750 in XF condition!.
