  • Beschreibung: Zwei Illustrationen aus einer Zeitschrift vom 8. März 1884. Die obere Darstellung zeigt einen liegenden Bergarbeiter mit Pickel und Kopfbedeckung. Beleuchtet durch eine kleine Laterne, versucht er, im Dunkel des Schachtes Gestein aus der Wand zu brechen.

  • Description: Two illustrations from a magazine of 8 March 1884. The upper illustration shows a lying miner with pick and headgear. Illuminated by a small lantern, he is trying to break rock out of the wall in the darkness of the shaft.

  • Condition: Good condition. Isolated discolourations and a tear at the upper margin of the sheet. The left margin is damaged by being detached from a binding. The illustration is not affected by this.
