Here we have a working iPad 3rd Generation 16Gb, black on the front with a silver back. In very good condition, couple of tiny marks to the screen and back cover but nothing at all major as you can see. Was used at home (by a grown-up!) rather than on the road so not been bashed about.
Hopefully if you're interested in this then you'll know what it is, but just to be clear - this is an old iPad, and as such it cannot run the latest apps and games. I believe it can still run YouTube through a browser but I haven't tried it.
What I'd assume is that someone might want to use it for a nice touchscreen panel for Home Assistant for example, or for some other control panel purpose as the screen looks great and works perfectly. You could easily mount it in a frame to hide the cabling and then you've got a cheap but high quality screen you can mount on the wall. Or maybe you have something else in mind, you do you.
Speaking of cables, it doesn't come with a charger or a box but I will include a compatible USB cable which is what I've used to charge it up for testing and the photos. It's not the prettiest cable, it's been cracked in the past so it has some tape on it, but it does work - it came with my old iPod Nano 1st Gen, they're the same fitment.
