Published by London Macmillan 1968 a FIRST EDITION, Uncorrected Proof Copy. 8vo softback in pale pink card wraps; 406pp. No previous ownership inscriptions or annotations but some staining to boards and spine and where pages 289 to 296 have been separated the edges are ragged (see photos) . Overall a good proof copy.  I appreciate these descriptions can be subjective and happy to accept domestic returns (buyer pays postage) if you feel description doesn't match your expectations.
