This is a Barbie doll manufactured by Mattel in the early 2000s. The doll has red hair, blue eyes, and light complexion. It has flexible rubbery arms (referred to as "Ever-Flex") and legs are still the click bend type with plastic belly button waist. The doll is 11.5 inches tall.  It comes nude with no packaging and is an original Barbie doll. The doll is part of the Barbie franchise and is an adult doll. Neck marked c/Mattel Inc. 1998 and lower back marked c/1999 Mattel Inc. Indonesia.  Doll cleaned, hair washed/conditioned, just brushed out.  They stopped making the "Ever-Flex" feature dolls when they developed the jointed ones.
