Payment is required within 5 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within this time I will open an unpaid item dispute with ebay.

I try to keep my postage costs to a minimum but it is Royal Mail who set the prices and please be aware that p&p is not just the cost of the stamp.

If an item has been undelivered because you were not in and you have not responded to the card left by the postman I will refund only the money paid for the item and not the postage costs.

I do not normally offer refunds as I try to describe my items as accurately as possible, please be aware that condition is in the eye of the beholder.
