Set of 2 wine glasses probably made in ROMANIA by MILANO. No markings on the glass so it is difficult to tell but these compare to this brand. 

They look to be hand blown and hand painted. These are often called ROUGE RED GOLD WINE STEM GLASSES.

Both measure 9" tall and 3" wide.

Both glasses are in very good condition. No chips or cracks. Some of the areas of hand painting show wear but overall, still very beautiful.
