For countries with local Post offices routinely loosing mail (Greece, Ukraine, etc.) or if your rating is not high enough will only ship with tracking (+GBP19).  Please wait for my invoice. Very sorry about the inconvenience, but had too many lots stolen by people claiming as "not received"
