You are buying the replacement top motor cover/shroud that you see. This particular cover has a front lens, as shown. This was taken from a U4377, but I'm sure it will fit lots of different models. I can't answer compatibility questions, sorry.
It has plenty of usual scuffs and signs of "wear" and age, but no damage. The front lens is held tightly in place with solid tabs.
