Please read our store policy carefully regarding auction/listing rules prior to bidding/purchasing: 

ITEM CONDITION:

Our items are inspected prior to posting. Actual photos are taken of the exact item you are purchasing. Items may have defects such as: wear & tear on packaging/shrinkwrap, scratches or cracks on plastic cases, and when they are visible, they will be described in the "seller description" section and shown in the photos. We use ebay's pre-filled information of the UPC codes in ebay's database whenever possible. At times this information is not current or correct. Whenever there is a discrepancy between ebay's pre-filled information and our "seller description", always refer to the title of the listing and the "seller description" for correct information. Any digital codes, downloadable vouchers, video game DLC codes that are advertised on the product are to be considered EXPIRED, REDEEMED or non-functioning. They are listed by the manufacturer originally as an incentive to buy the product when it is released. Since we are selling our items as second-hand collectibles, they are not guaranteed to work, nor do they come with the product. Buyer will assume that they are NOT included even when advertised on the packaging of the product (e.g. Digital codes on Blu-Ray discs).

ITEM FUNCTIONALITY:

Items listed in Brand New condition are new from the manufacturer and in original packaging. Used items are inspected for functionality. Game/DVD/Audio CD discs are tested to ensure they work. Electronic items such as game console systems, cameras and video game controllers are all tested prior to listing for sale. Items that are found to be non-functioning, damaged, broken or in cases when we could not test the item, will be listed in "For parts" or "As is" condition. Please note that all such items are sold as "Final Sale: as-is, no refunds or returns". This will be explicitly stated in the title or the listing description. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

Shipping & Handling fees are flat to all buyers in all territories and are stated in each listing. There is no need to message the seller regarding shipping options, since they will always be listed in the listing. We typically ship all items within 3 days of buyer making payment. Occasionally delays may occur due to weekend/holiday or USPS/UPS delays.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE:

Delivery times are NOT guaranteed. The only "guaranteed delivery" times that USPS offers is 1-day Expedited delivery, which is prohibitively expensive and which we do not offer for that reason. Normal delivery times are as follows: USPS Media Mail (10-14 days), USPS 1st Class Mail (4-7 days), USPS Priority Mail (4-5 days). Normal delivery times for UPS are: UPS Ground shipping (7-10 days). Buyer has the option of selecting which method they prefer at checkout. 

AUCTION PAYMENTS:

With regard to auctions, your bid is a legally binding contract. Do NOT bid if you don't intend to pay. If you need to cancel your bid prior to auction's end, do NOT message the seller. Ebay allows the buyer to do that on their site. Simply go to "Site Map" and scroll down to the section "Buying Resources" and click on "Bid Retractions" which will allow you to retract your bid. Once the auction ends, your bid is final & binding, and you committed to the purchase. When the auction ends, please remit payment within 48hrs. If you need an extra day to make payment, use the "message seller" option and simply state the date you will be making payment. We try to work with buyers who need an extra day to pay. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, we let ebay know that the buyer failed to pay.

RETURNS: 

We do not accept returns. Most of our items come from estate sales, storage auctions etc. Thus, we offer the lowest prices for our buyers by listing auctions with a low starting price and noting any defects the product has. Everything is stated up front in our listings. We aim to list items quickly and cheaply. Check back weekly for all our new auctions. Because of the nature of used (second-hand) items, they will have signs of use and/or wear. We describe all items accurately and both the "title" and our "seller description" clearly states what the buyer is purchasing so that there is no confusion. We take actual photos of the items we sell, so that you know the exact item you are purchasing and any defects are photographed as part of the listing. Reasons for return such as "changed my mind", "don't like it" or "ordered by mistake" all fall under "buyer remorse" and thus are not eligible for return. Please make sure that the item you are purchasing is the exact make/model/type/version that you need. In very rare cases the carrier (UPS/USPS) may mishandle a package and if damaged, we will replace it for the exact same item. In such cases, buyer must provide photographic proof of the damaged package (box/envelope/bubble mailer) PRIOR TO OPENING IT, to show the damage done by the carrier. The other option the buyer has is to inform the carrier UPS/USPS that they "Refuse" the package received in damaged condition and have it sent back to us for inspection without opening it. Once the buyer opens the package, there is no way to verify how and when the damage occurred. To ensure that all items arrive safely, we use appropriate packaging materials (bubblewrap, packing peanuts, recycled paper) and photograph our packing and packaging prior to shipment as proof of the condition of the item the day it was shipped. This is done to prevent fraud. In summary, read the title, seller description and examine ALL photos we provide to avoid any confusion regarding either the condition or the features of the product you are buying.
