The beginnings of the Richter/Kaden company date back to the 19th century. century back.
During the mining decline in Seifen started Samuel Gottlieb Richter with the production of Erzgebirge folk art, especially miniature cars and teams.

He handed over production to his son Gustav Heinrich Richter. In addition to the production of wooden goods He also traded food in his own shop. In 1936 his son Max Richter took over. After his early death in 1955, his wife took over Fanny Richter Together with her daughter Christa and husband Christoph Kaden, she ran the small craft business for many years and expanded the range of products by producing miniature trains.

On July 1, 1977, took over Matthias Kaden After completing his master's examination, he started the family business with his wife Evelin. Since then they have expanded and enriched the range to over 200 items, for example the Seiffen Church with carolers, candle holders, candle arches, music boxes, pyramids and various tree decorations.

Since January 1st, 2009 you have been leading 3. Son Stephan Kaden founded the company with his wife Christina and is now trying to stick to the tried and tested and implement new ideas in a difficult economic time to maintain traditional operations.
