1970s-80s vintage suit from

Ralph Lauren’s original Chaps line, made in Canada-perhaps by Samuelsohn. All wool construction, light fabric in glen plaid, with grey and tan over brown.

Construction is light for the era, modest to minimal shoulder padding, somewhat lower lapel gorges. Jacket has three interior pockets, two flapped welted hip pockets, and one welted breast pocket.

Trousers have double reverse front pleats, two on-seam front pockets, two rear pockets-left rear pocket has a button. Suspender buttons, clasp closure. 1.25” cuffs. Removing cuffs will allow another 3” of length.
