Abstract painting consisting mostly of greenish and gray color, with other colors mixed in.  This could have been a random piece by the artist, although he was know for painting on Masonite panels as well.

Wood is weathered and a cracks are everywhere, but paint is intact and is not flaking.

Pollock used enamel and encaustic paints and also latex.

There are 3 holes in the wood , see the back photo for the locations, about a 1/4 inch

wide. 

Painting has heavy texture throughout

Authenticating a Pollock is an expense that I don't have.  I know

this could be worth far more than what I'm asking, but apparently you need to know the right

people in the art business and have provenance.

Priced very fair for this great find.
