This publication by Titan Magazines, a division of Titan Books, was publiched in 1996.  he Book Mark featuring Dark Vader is still attached with the original sticky tape.  Along with the featire on Boba Fett there this also a Boba Fett comic feature.
I bought this when it was first published but can't find any more so this must be the only one I got.
