Tupperware Measuring Cups is a set of 5 dry measuring cups, made of plastic and manufactured in the United States. The set includes five cups with capacities of 1 cup, 3/4, 2/3, 1/2, and 1/3. * Tupperware was developed in 1946 by Earl Silas Tupper in Leominster, Massachusetts. He developed plastic containers used in households to contain food and keep them airtight, which featured a then-patented “burping seal”. Tupper had already invented the plastic for Tupperware in 1938, but the product succeeded with the emergence of the “sale through presentation” or better known as the Tupperware Party.
