We also offer a large two man delivery service for large furniture items. Free Delivery

We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all of our products. Please see the postage table for Highland and Off-shore fees. Some Items we cannot send to the Highlands or offshore, so please contact us if you have any questions. 

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your item between 1-2 business days from receiving your order. Most deliveries are delivered 2-5 days after dispatch and between business hours of Monday – Friday.

Courier

We send all of our items via a tracked and trusted courier service, once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be added to your order details. 

Large Item Delivery

For larger items such as Furniture and large Rugs, we use our own dedicated two man delivery team, please make sure you leave a correct phone number on your order so we can contact you and book a convenient delivery slot in with you.

Holidays

Please accept that delivery around the festive and holiday periods may be delayed due to the volume of orders being dispatched from our warehouse and also the number of orders being given to the couriers.

Returns & Replacement Policy

30 days refund

If you are not satisfied or have an issue with your purchase, or you would like to return your item, please contact us first so we can book your return accordingly. We cannot accept unauthorised returns and if items are returned without pre-authorisation, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date regarding a return.

Damages or Incorrect Item

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as you have received your order with your order ID and images of the product. This will enable us to authorise a prepaid returns label if needed or request you to dispose of any damaged items accordingly. A refund can then be processed, Refunds usually take between 3-5 business days to reach your account.

Customer Return

Once your return has been authorised by our Customer Service department, you have 30 days from your purchase date to return the item to us. The item needs to be unopened, unused and in original packaging. If you have simply changed your mind and want to return the item, the cost of the return will need to be covered by you. Once your return has been authorised by us, you will need to send the item back to us and supply us with the tracking ID and courier information. Our customer service team can advise you on which courier or postal service to use to return your item.

Refunds

Once we have received the item back, we will then check the condition and then refund you accordingly. Refunds usually take between 3-5 business days to reach your account.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened shapewear, underwear & jewellery
