Vintage Dutch Painted TILE IN Metal FRAME ARTIST SIGNED Ron Very Pretty!. This piece is very nice, it does display some paintware as it is hand painted on the outside of the tile and the metal does display some rust from age, but it is entirely intact and ready to be hung.
