The frame is a 97 or earlier. This is the M2 stumpy in a Large 19" bb to clamp and 22.5" top tube

The bike is in great condition. The paint is impeccable and the bike shines like new. This bike hasn't seen much use. It's been stored in the last 15yrs. The tires look a bit old on the walls but seem to keep pressure just fine. Fork is in mint condition just like the rest of the bike. This bike is tuned and ready to go.
