Offered for sale is an Ancestral Pueblo / Cibola-Tusayan / Coolidge Corrugated cup: 950 -1250 AD. (see https://ceramics.nmarchaeology.org/typology/type?p=9).  According to Peckham, during this time, coil treatments went through a progression which ultimately returned to their obliteration ("From This Earth" p.49). This cup shows a smoothing of its coils, along the lines of that continuing process. There are several stone or mineral pop-outs on this cup, but no post-firing damage. It is 4 inches high with a rim diameter of 2 3/4 inches.

Shipping is by USPS Priority insured, and there is no handling charge.
