The power cord is a universal style. I was able to use one from a different electronic component that was laying around.

Works well. Decent picture. Needs an adapter to hook up your iPhone or iPad.

I think you need the remote control in order for the volume to be increased/decreased. I couldn't figure it out. By default it is set pretty loud. It would have been nice to have had the ability to turn it down a bit.
