Description

"Rhino Rampage," art by Maurice Whitman; A trio of criminals decided to find and loot the kingdom of the Phantom Queen; The queen sends her most trusted servant and a trained lion for help; The servant is killed but the lion takes a liking to Kaänga; Kaänga and Ann go to the kingdom and help defeat the criminals. Untitled story, art by Henry Kiefer; Wambi sides with Leo in his feud with Sirdah and prepares a decoy in the shape of an antelope for Sirdah to attack; The decoy is filled with tree sap and while Sirdah is stuck, the leopards are free to hunt. "Tiger Rampage" text story by Clyde Beatty. Untitled story, art by Robert Webb; Terry is captured by leopard cultists but is freed by a hunter. Untitled Jungle Tales story; Trader Jim tells the story of the baboons' vengeance against an ivory hunter. Untitled story, art by Ralph Mayo; Jules Ranier, a crooked trader, hopes to get to a peace conference of native chiefs in time to stir up trouble and start a war that would drive out other traders; Camilla kidnaps him and keeps him away from the conference. 36 pgs., full color.
