The pictures show in detail what you are bidding on. I photograph the hair in its natural form and also give the best and most accurate descriptions possible. Some pictures may look similar or repetitive but this is to showcase the different tones of the hair. Slight variations may happen based on lighting and your monitor settings.

The hair I sell is shampooed, conditioned and sanitized. This is some of the best quality hair you can buy, guaranteed!  The zip clamp band is an added feature that holds the hair tight and is not guaranteed to hold under all conditions. Hair comes in a pony tail or braid just as it was cut from the salon and there are no attachments. Some pony tails may have layers and/or some breakage in which I always try to indicate in the descriptions. In most cases, I ship the hair out within 24 hours unless the auction ends on a Saturday.

I do not make any profit from shipping; you are paying the actual shipping cost or less. All packages will show the full purchase amount and we (the seller) are not responsible for duty fees and taxes you may have to pay upon arrival. Refunds are given only when hair is sent back in the same condition it was sent. Three or more items must be sent in a larger package with a shipping rate that may be an additional charge.
