One copy of What If?...Venom Had Possessed The Punisher 44 Vol. 2 from (Dec,1992), (First Frank Castle As Venom). In this issue you get to see first appearance of a new Venom. The symbiote takes control of The Punisher and becomes Venom for a short while. Unfortunately he stopped on his tracks by Spiderman and DareDevil. I believe Punisher reappears as Venom in the VenomVerse Series along with the other versions him.
This is a First Print issue that has become hard to find lately in this condition. Pages are Off White Of White, Condition of comic is 9.0 (Very Fine/Near Mint), Over Street Price Guide Value of the book is $12.00.This is most have key issue for being hard to get First Printing. I have included pictures, and some scans front and back of both sides of the book. And the pages inside are white to white and the color of cover is still bright and sharp.

It still has some gloss looks almost new like you bought it yesterday at the store, not bad looking for a 28 year old Comic.
