Postage & Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched on the same working day if purchased before 2:00pm.  Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. Faulty goods will be fully refunded; we will pay the return postage. Non-faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of despatch for a full refund or exchange. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in new/unopened condition. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
