It is new and never been used, re-sharpened or carried. It is 4 7/8 inches long (closed for folding knives) and weighs approximately 7.3 ounces. The blade material is 420HC Stainless Steel with a Satin finish etched with David Yellowhorse Signature and Serial Number. The handle is Blue Turquoise with Orange Spiny Oyster Sunrise and Nickel Silver Morning Bear Scene inlays. The bolsters are highly polished Brass with Bear Paw engraving. It comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This knife is presented with Certificate of Authenticity and Wood Display Stand. (Note: Custom knives are warrantied by the artist, not by Buck.)
This knife is the custom work of Navajo Artist David Yellowhorse. A fourth generation Native American silversmith, his work reflects the strong influence of the traditions of the Navajo culture.
