Up for sale is an O scale restaurant/store. This item will ship unassembled to keep shipping rates down and prevent breaking. The footprint of this building measures 6" x 4.75" and is 5 1/2" to the peak of the roof. Building is made of real 1/8" thick wood and is ready for stain or paint.
Comes with color printed aluminum signs.
All of the items in our shop are MADE TO ORDER. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Most items will ship within 7-10 business days, however, during busy times it may take us longer to fulfill orders. **Shipping**
We ship using USPS first class mail on all packages less than 1 pound, heavier packages will ship using USPS Priority mail. If you would like to add additional insurance or a shipping upgrade, please reach out.
