Book Details: Amazing Spider-Man #194 (1979) - 1st Appearance of the Black Cat - NM+ 9.6

Condition: 9.6, NM+ This is the nicest copy of this book I've ever seen. The only reason I didn't list it as a 9.8 is there is a moderate bindery tear to the bottom of the spine, visible on the back (See Photos). It doesn't detract from the presentation and looks like a high end 9.8. The book is fully intact and the interior pages are supple and in great shape, but look to be off white to white. I don't think the book was ever read, it appears to have been bagged and boarded since the day it was purchased off the stand. The only other noticeable defect is a small printer's crease on the right side of the front cover, which should not affect the grade of the book.
