iPhone 6s Plus. iCloud locked. Unknown carrier status. Broken screen.

This phone has been sitting for over a year. When first received I was able to put a new screen on it and the phone was functioning but iCloud locked so unable to test anything other than it’s ability to turn on. I cannot verify that the battery or phone still functions after sitting. The old broken screen was returned. Please purchase for parts and ask questions.
